At Polish Pickup, we want you to be thrilled with your monthly haul, but due to the limited-edition nature of our boutique nail lacquers and beauty products, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for any order issues.

Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging for verification.

Receive Authorization

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return of the damaged item is required.

Refund or Replacement

After processing your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement if stock for that limited-edition item is still available.
